How much can I expect to save per month by using the PowerwoRx e3?
That depends on many factors. The size of you home, the amount of inductive motor load, and the amount you are paying per kilowatt-hour for electricity etc. However, generally speaking users of the product have seen up to 25% in reduced consumption, but the average savings is somewhere in the 8% to 15% range.
How long will it take for the PowerwoRx e3 to pay for itself?

Stand in the shade of a tree on a sunny, but cool day; then step into the sunlight.Your body instantly becomes warmer in the sun, more comfortable. HOW IT WORKS
The small micron size hollow glass micro spheres which in part make up HEATSHIELD-R20 coatings are pure sodium borosilicate formulated with hollow ceramic spheres.
Each closed cell smaller in diameter than a human hair acts as an efficient insulator. Once applied, water evaporates from the HEATSHIELD-R20 acrylic emulsion topcoat and the hollow ceramic spheres align with each other eventually touching, then fuse into a continues membrane, the seamless HEATSHIELD-R20 topcoat and since the microspheres are over 60% void, the entire coating becomes like a flat thermos bottle.

To confirm this phenomena take two ice cubes of the same size, put each one in a small zip lock bag. Cover one cube with Heatshield-r20 and pop both bags at the same time into a microwave for about 30 seconds. When you take them out, the one without Heatshield-r20 will be melted. The one protected by Heatshield-r20 will show very little change, being protected by Heatshied-r20.

Q: How much savings can I expect when I use Heatshield-R20?
A: The more you use, the more you'll raise your thermostat in
the summer. With your attic and some walls you can expect

Q: How much Heatshield-R20 do I need?
A: 4oz. one gallon of paint.
Q:What coverage can I expect?
A:You will get close to the normal coverage of the
paint your using but will apply a little thicker.
You can figure approx. 300 square feet per gallon for most house
paints at less than 5 cents per sq. ft cost, approx. 200 sq. ft. per gallon
for attics and in elastomeric roof coatings generally cover a minimum
of 100 sq. ft. per gal.
Q: How will Heatshield-R20 effect my paint?
A: There will be a slight more texture. Sheen will drop 1 gloss level.
As in any additive this could effect your paint properties. If in doubt,
always run test sample.
Q:What color paint should I use?
A:White is always the color of choice, the lighter the color the better
the performance.Darker color paints may lighten with Heatshield-R20.
Q: I live in a northern climate, will Heatshield-R20 work for me?
A: Yes: Heat travels to cold! The heat inside is trying to escape to the
cold outside air. Heatshield-R20 on your interior walls and ceilings
will help stop this outward heat loss.
Q: Will Heatshield-R20stop the condensation on my
metal building ceiling?
A: Heatshield-R20 will reduce heat travel and moisture in the
heat that is trying to escape through the outer cold surface
and will reduce condensation on your roof underside.
Q: Can Heatshield-R20 treated paint be sprayed?
A: Yes: Remove all filters from your spray equipment
(as they filter out Heatshield-R20 and use a slightly larger tip than
normal .017 .019. Elastomeric Coatings Require .028 to .032
It is always recommended to filter paint before use.
Q: Can I use Heatshield-R20 in my attic?
A: Heatshield-R20 applied to underside of roof decking will reduce
heat gain in your building & will lower the surface temperature of insulation
making it more efficient in controlling heat gain.
This is probable the best single area to use Heatshield-R20
Great USE for those left over paints
When completed it should have an even appearance with very minimal
shadowing of the roof decking we recommend that all rafters be coated
and the upright supports coated about 1 foot down from roof decking,
as these all conduct and hold heat.
Attics are very dry and absorbent and in most cases require two coats.
Q: Is there any special preparation necessary to use Heatshield-R20?
A: No, but always apply your paint to a clean dry surface.
Q: Will more than one measurement per gal. of paint increase
Heatshield-R20 effect on heat transfer?
